Pricing and Delivery Fees Our core delivery service is completely free of charge. The only optional fee is a $5.00 Photo Confirmation Fee, if proof-of-delivery photos are required. Photos are emailed to you volunteer and Safety Standards Our deliveries are conducted by passionate volunteers who are dedicated to bringing joy and serving their local community. ● To ensure safety and peace of mind: All drivers undergo background checks. ● All delivery vehicles carry required auto insurance. ● Deliveries are HIPAA-compliant to protect confidential Protected Health Information (PHI). Service Area and Guidelines ● Standard Local Radius: Deliveries are typically provided within a 10-mile radius of Central Coventry. ● Extended Radius: Deliveries up to 20 miles or more may be arranged depending on volunteer availability. ● Item Value Limit: Items must be legally compliant and valued under $100 USD.
